You know the little things: which bowl they prefer, where they sleep and what that particular bark means. Our first meeting is a chance for us to meet you and your pets, and for you to show us the everyday details that help care feel familiar.

Here is how to get ready for your first Heritage booking in Fulshear or Katy.

1. Contact us with the basics.

Tell us your neighborhood, which pets need care, the service you’re considering and your dates. Include whether you need an occasional visit, a regular walk or overnight care. If your travel times are still being finalized, mention that too.

You can text (832) 501-0513 or leave your details in our quick contact form. We’ll follow up to discuss care and a first meeting.

2. Walk us through a normal day.

At your complimentary meet ’n greet, we get to know you and your pets. Show us the practical things, and leave room for the little quirks.

  • Food, portions, mealtimes and where everything is kept.
  • Water bowls, litter boxes, outdoor breaks and cleaning supplies.
  • Walking equipment, usual routes and greeting preferences.
  • Favorite toys, resting spots and any rooms that are off limits.
  • How pets in the same home eat, play and spend quiet time.
  • Your written care instructions, including any medication routine prescribed by your vet.

3. Agree on home access.

Show us the entry you’d like us to use and explain locks, gates and alarms. Try the agreed access method together. Let us know about expected visitors, deliveries or other people caring for your home, so arrivals are clear to everyone.

If you have just moved into a Fulshear neighborhood, include directions that make the first arrival easier. Share private entry details through the care setup you agree with us.

4. Complete profiles and request your dates.

After the meet ’n greet, we help you get set up in our app. Add pet and home details, your preferred contact information and your vet’s information. Keep routines in one place and update them when something changes.

Review the price list, request the dates and service you need, and wait for confirmation before treating the booking as arranged. A submitted website request starts the conversation; it does not reserve dates automatically.

5. Mention any extras.

Would a bath or some cleaning help while we’re there? Add a dog bath for $15, or housekeeping at $35 per hour. Include what you have in mind in your booking notes so we can confirm the details with you.

6. Leave the essentials ready.

Before the first visit, check that supplies are easy to find, your profile is current and we have your expected return time. Tell us how to reach you and whom to contact if you are unavailable. Then we can focus on your pets and the routine you have shown us.
